Things to consider when creating your own outdoor gathering 🌳

For many, there is nothing more enjoyable than spending time together in nature. Hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities are excellent options. Other than the time and date, there are a few other things you should pay more attention to in order to fill those gatherings with passionate users and outdoor lovers.

📍 Meeting point

It is important to have an easy, recognisable meeting point. Ideally, the meeting point should be featured on Google Maps so that the destination can be added to navigation systems. If the weather is cold and rainy, a roofed waiting area would be nice.

🅿️ Parking/ Arrival

Is the location easy to get to by public transport? Are there any available parking spaces? If yes, are they free?

🍴 Places to eat and drink

Is there a place to get refreshments? This is a nice addition to your outdoor gathering that everyone is usually happy about.

🏋️ Length and difficulty level

Everybody would like to know how long the trail is and how fit they need to be to finish the hike.

🏰 Landmarks

Boardwalks, monuments, historical buildings. Many people enjoy hiking because of the different unique landmarks and incentives.
