The experience of English-speaking users on our app looks a little different from our other users. German-speaking users can simply attend exciting meetings, have interesting conversations over dinner without any challenges. We want to make it possible for International users to have that same experience.

Attending a regular meeting as an English-speaking user can be challenging for both parties present. The English-speaking users may not always know what the conversation is about. Though other participants feel the need to talk to them one on one, the conversation often ends after a few sentences. That can be avoided by clearly stating that the language spoken during the meeting is English. This also allows English-speaking users to enjoy our app.😊

Any Meet5 member is welcome to join the international meeting. Some users may just be looking for an opportunity to increase their language skills.🙏

Even though Hamburg as a city community has already been going very well, we continue to find ways to keep up the expansion. To do so, we need as many active users and meeting creations. We encourage you to take a moment out of your day to create your own meeting, after becoming comfortable using our app. You get to choose the location, the size of the group, the time and the date. Make your own experience. Your get-together, your rules.🤩

With a larger membership base on the app and a high participation rate, we may offer our International meetings at higher frequencies and expand to other areas throughout Germany.
